Alex: We started Tanda because we thought there was a really big problem in this space. We knew that paying people is much harder than it should be, and we felt like we could really make a contribution in that space.
Bryce: We solve a whole range of problems; rostering with staff, staff time and attendance all the way through to payroll issues and finally through to award interpretation.
Josh: What we’re trying to do at Tanda is make it so that you can employ more people more efficiently. Give people more jobs, but at the same time make sure that it works really easy, really simple. Because they’re managers and they’re working behind bars, and they’ve got a million and one things to do.
Tasmin: We’ve thought big, we’ve gone big. The energy we take to this particular problems- it’s pretty phenomenal.
Bridget: We have a diverse range of industries that we cater for.
Tasmin: We give our users the power to know which staff should work when, when those staff actually work and how much they actually get paid.
Jake: What’s quite unique about Tanda is that we have a very customer focused model.
Jun: We spend a lot of time thinking about what’s actually useful for our customers. So when we go about building our product, we try and got about it intelligently. So if Tanda doesn’t cater to your needs at the moment, there’s a very good chance it will cater to your needs in the future.
Dave: A lot of people don’t know really just how many features there are in Tanda. We can take something from the rosters and immediately report on it later on, and everything in Tanda is interconnected, and we can get information out of it anyway you want.
Amy: We have such a great team who are always willing to go beyond for our customers and the product is really based on their needs.
Nadia: We really understand that no two businesses, customers or conversations is the same. So building personal relationships and rapport with people, really getting an understanding of their business, and what we’re able to do is tailor our product and also our support and services.

Jake: As Tanda goes forward in the future, the one thing that will be in mind is making sure our customers are successful and making sure those customers get the most from their workforce.
