Tanda’s Award Interpreter automatically calculates all employee’s’ gross wages, then it exports it directly into your payroll system. No manual calculations, no manual data entry.
Setting up Cognitive Payroll is easy, you simply select the payroll system to connect with and log in with your credentials. Once it’s connected, you’ll be able to export all staff timesheets directly from Tanda into your payroll system in minutes.
To export timesheets go to, “Timesheets”, “Weekly” or “Fortnightly” timesheets, then export to payroll up the top. This will send across the hours, rates, allowances, as well as split the ordinary and non ordinary hours for calculating superannuation in your payroll. You will be able to see a summary of your export here as well to see a complete transparent breakdown of costs.
Once you have successfully exported your timesheets, that set of timesheets will be locked. The timesheets will be in your payroll system ready for the pays to be processed.
On our Managed Awards, all rates are managed by Tanda, which means come the new financial year, you won’t have to update staff base rates. Our Junior rates are also automatically updated on the staff member’s birthday, so you don’t have to go back and manually change their rate in your payroll system.
Tanda integrates with all major payroll systems, however, if your payroll system is not featured here, please contact us so we can arrange a custom integration with your payroll system.
