Seamless integration with Tanda
Tanda provide seamless and swift rostering which makes sure you have got the right person, in the right place, at the right time.
Tanda’s dashboard tracks wages as a percentage of revenue, and other key metrics to help front line managers make business decisions.
Tanda’s time clock is intuitive, easy to learn and straightforward to use. With one click approvals, the approved timesheets will seamlessly go through to CloudPayroll to pay.
The CloudPayroll to Tanda interface
Once you have approved all your timesheets and you are ready to export click on the Preview & export button. This will flag any errors in your timesheets. When ready click on Export to Payroll Software.
The approved timesheet will go through to CloudPayroll. Process the payroll in 4 easy to follow steps. In CloudPayroll, login to your organisation and then go to “Payroll” tab:
Step 1 – Open:
The payroll will be opened if you have exported the timesheet from Tanda
Step 2 – Enter:
Tanda approved timesheets will be included, make changes as required.
Step 3 – Check:
Review the payroll including the transaction list report. This report will itemise totals being paid for each employee. The payroll variation report will show standard gross, last gross and current gross, making it an easy way to see differences from one pay to another.
Step 4 – Confirm:
When the payroll is completed confirm and authorise the STP declaration to the ATO. A bank ABA file will be available to upload to your bank.
Connect CloudPayroll with Tanda
Tanda supports both a flat-file (.csv) and API timesheet integration with CloudPayroll. For a seamless integration it is recommended to use the
API integration.
Connect and configure your integration in Tanda via Settings > Integrations > Payroll integrations.
Payment codes and Leave types in Tanda need to be uploaded and match CloudPayroll via the API configuration report in Tanda.
You can now export approved timesheets from Tanda to CloudPayroll.
